College of Economics and Trade in Hunan University is one of the leading colleges in economic research in the Central China Region. We are now recruiting full-time faculty in, but not limited to, the following fields: Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, International Trade, Urban and Regional Economics, Labor Economics and Environmental Economics. Duties include teaching at both undergraduate and graduate level, engaging in research leading to publications in the SCI/SSCI journals, and providing academic-related services.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. degree or near completion of the doctorate in the relevant field. Non-Chinese citizens should be comfortable with basic communication in Mandarin. Your application should include a cover letter, CV, three reference letters, teaching evaluations (if applicable) and your job market paper. Potential candidates will be interviewed in the AEA meeting in Chicago, January 2017.
