Hotel Reservations
The Doubletree by Hilton Portland single/double rate is $172/$182 per night plus tax and fees. The deadline to make your hotel reservation is May 2. All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card, which must be valid through June 2023. Hotel cannot guarantee the conference rate after May 2. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your arrival or you will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax and fees, or if you are a no-show. Make, modify, or cancel your hotel reservation on-line until May 2, 7:00 pm Eastern time; after that date, contact the Doubletree by Hilton Portland directly for changes at 503-331-4993.

Submissions were accepted via the AEA online submission system, which opened September 1, and the submission deadline was December 1. Submissions could be of individual papers, complete sessions of three or four papers, workshops, or panels. Submissions of completed sessions are especially encouraged.
