CSWEP Regional Activities
The CSWEP Board has five regional representatives. The Eastern Representative organizes sessions at the Eastern Economics Association. The Midwest Representative organizes sessions at the Midwest Economics Association. The Southern Representative organizes sessions at the Southern Economics Association, and the Western Representative organizes sessions at the Western Economics Association International. The DC representative organizes activities in Washington DC and at economics conferences widely attended by economists in government and the private sector. In 2021, the DC representative is organizing sessions at APPAM.
CSWEP Regional Representatives organize CSWEP-sponsored activities, which can include paper sessions, panels geared toward professional development and networking events.
