The JOE Network is the "go-to" recruiting tool for the annual economics job market, matching thousands of candidates with jobs all over the world. Job seekers, hiring managers, and reference letter writers share materials, communicate confidentially, and easily and securely work with their files and data. This year, the JOE listings pages are updated to be more responsive for browsing on the go. Search and filter options are also updated and refined, and the file manager interface for candidates has been improved. Employers are able to request reference letters through JOE as optional or required, to include additional information for applicants in optional fields, to designate any questions to candidates for administrative access only (not shared with the hiring committee), and to print receipts for listings directly from the employer dashboard. See the latest jobs at https://www.aeaweb.org/joe.
