The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse invites applications for three (3) Research Economist, Lecturer, or Post Doc positions. The successful candidates will create and execute experiments in the university’s newly established Menard Family Experimental Economics Laboratory. Interviews will take place by videoconference, or in person at the Southern Economic Association conference in Fort Lauderdale, with the goal of completing the search before the end of the calendar year.

The candidates should possess expertise in experimental economics, political economy, sports economics and/or pedagogy.

The position responsibilities include research with the option of teaching. We are hiring three people where the average teaching responsibility per position will be one, three-credit course per semester. The positions are fully funded for four years. Additional years of funding are likely, but not guaranteed.

The start date for the position is August 2020. Compensation for the position is $60,000 plus benefits per nine-month academic year.
