Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics
(One-year, Temporary)

The Scott L. Carmona College of Business (CBM) at Saginaw Valley State University, an AACSB accredited institution, invites applications for a one-year, temporary, full-time Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics to start Fall 2019. We welcome applications from candidates with expertise in any field of economics, and the ability to teach a variety of economics courses at the bachelor's level including Introductory Economics, Principles of Macroeconomics, Principles of Microeconomics, Introductory Statistics, and Applied Statistics. We are committed to excellence in both teaching and research. The CBM provides a rich and nurturing learning environment for its students. The successful candidate must meet the College's criteria for classification as a scholarly academic (SA). All full-time faculty members are required to teach 12 credit hours per semester and engage in scholarship and University service.
