The Department of Financial Planning, Housing and Consumer Economics at the University of Georgia invites applications for the position of Assistant / Associate Professor in Consumer Economics.

To be considered for the position of Assistant Professor, the applicant must hold an earned doctorate (at time of appointment) in consumer economics or a closely-related discipline (e.g., applied economics, family economics, consumer behavior, policy analysis) with a strong background in quantitative research methods.

To be considered for the position of Associate Professor, the applicant must meet the above qualifications, and have attained tenure at a comparable university or have at least four years of experience and an outstanding record of research productivity.
