Northwestern College (Orange City, Iowa) invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in macroeconomics to begin in the fall of 2017. The ideal candidate holds a Ph.D. in macroeconomics, an established record of excellence in undergraduate teaching, a research trajectory, and a commitment to the integration of faith and learning. The successful candidate can expect to teach courses including Principles and Intermediate Macroeconomics, Money and Banking, International Economics, Labor Economics, and possibly courses in one’s area of specialization.

The candidate will exhibit a love of Christ and an embrace of the Gospel, and support the college’s mission as expressed in our Statement of Christian Identity, Vision for Learning and Vision for Diversity. As a Christian Academic Community, we seek faculty invested in teaching, a program of scholarly activity, collegiality, and excellence in the liberal arts.
