Bloomberg Distinguished Professor Paul Ferraro (http://carey.jhu.edu/faculty-research/directory/paul-j-ferraro-phd) invites applicants for a post-doctoral fellow position that begins, at discretion of the applicant, between 1 July and 1 September 2016. Position is full-time, for one year with an option to renew for another year.

The fellow is expected to work as a collaborator with the federally-funded Center for Behavioral and Experimental Agri-environmental Research, which conducts both applied and basic behavioral research. Duties include collaborating with federal program administrators, designing and implementing field experiments, analyzing experimental and observational data, and writing scholarly articles and grant proposals.

Candidates must have excellent oral and written English communication skills, an ability to communicate to both scholarly and practitioner audiences, a PhD in any of the behavioral sciences, experience designing and running field experiments, and substantial statistical expertise. Familiarity with environmental/agricultural issues desired, but not required. The successful candidate is expected to have a PhD by 1 July 2016.
