Job description : The successful candidate will teach in the Bachelor of Science in Economics program and in the Master of Science in Economics, major in economic policy program. The tenured person will be interested in the quantitative analysis of economic issues relevant for public entities, particularly at the regional level. Fields of application will be diverse, with a preference for micro-economic studies in labor economics, data management and energy.

Requirements : Candidates should have a PhD in Economics or a related field, strong teaching abilities and a record of publications in leading academic journals or ongoing research with strong potential. A good knowledge of Swiss economic problems would be an advantage. The teaching languages are French and English. Non-French speakers are expected to teach in French after a two-year period.

Starting date : February 1st, 2016 or to be agreed upon.
