The Department is seeking applicants with expertise in real estate finance, urban economics or urban planning to apply for the following positions:

1. Ng Teng Fong Chair Professorship [1 position, tenured full professor]

Criteria
The candidate should be a tenured full professor from a world leading university and has demonstrated stellar credentials and international recognition in the field.

2. Assistant Professor [up to 3 positions, tenure track]

Criteria
Applicants should complete their Ph.D. by June 30, 2015 from an accredited institution and have an outstanding research record or potential. A demonstrated commitment to excellent research and teaching in real estate is required.

3. Associate Professor/ Senior Lecturer/ Lecturer [3 positions, teaching track]

Criteria
Candidates must show evidence of teaching excellence and leadership.
