The School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position starting fall 2015. Candidates must be qualified to teach courses in the field of international economics and development broadly defined. We are particularly interested in candidates whose work bridges the academic-policy divide. The expertise to teach courses in international money and finance, development economics, and/or comparative political economy of development is a plus. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in hand by the time of their appointment. The position is subject to final budgetary approval. All applicants must understand and be willing to support the Catholic mission of Seton Hall University. Occasional teaching of a course or two within the required, undergraduate core curriculum will be required.
