The Department of Economics and Business at Saint Anselm College invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position to begin August 2015. The successful candidate will teach Business Statistics, a variety of economics courses and an occasional finance course. The teaching load is 3 courses per semester. Submit a letter of interest, curriculum vitae, evidence of teaching ability, a research sample and graduate academic transcripts to the attention of Dr. Amy B. Schmidt, Department Chair, via the college website at www.anselm.edu/hr. Three letters of recommendation are required and should be submitted in PDF format via email to the department faculty assistant, Jennifer Theroux at JTheroux@anselm.edu. Applications should be received by December 1 for full consideration. Interviews will be held during the January 2015 ASSA meetings.

A Ph.D. in economics or a related field is required. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate level as well as scholarly research.

Teaching experience at the undergraduate level is preferred.
