Saint Vincent College, McKenna School: tenure track, assistant professor to begin August 2015. Must be prepared to teach Principles of Economics, Advanced Microeconomics (masters level) and/or Advanced Macroeconomics (masters level), Business Statistics I and II, and an advanced field preferably in history of economic thought and/or healthcare economics. The teaching load is 4-3 with no more than three preparations in one given semester. Class size ranges from 10 to 35 students. There is an on-going expectation of research and scholarly activity. The position requires a completed PhD by August 2015. ABDs will be considered with a strong recommendation from their committee chair concerning the completion of the PhD.

The Alex G. McKenna School of Business, Economics, and Government is an academic division at Saint Vincent College, which includes the disciplines of Business Administration, Economics, Politics, Political Science, and Public Policy. Several academic and business-oriented centers are also related to the School and provide opportunities for research and professional activity. Saint Vincent College is a Catholic, Benedictine liberal arts and sciences college of about 1700 undergraduate students and 200 graduate students. It is located thirty-five miles east of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in a pleasant suburban/rural environment near the foothills of the Laurel Mountains.
