The Department of Economics of McGill University invites applications for a tenure track position. Outstanding candidates in any field will be considered; we particularly encourage applications from candidates with a specialization in Health Economics. The appointment is expected to be at the rank of Assistant Professor, but appointment at a higher rank is possible. For more information about the Department, see www.mcgill.ca/economics/. Applicants should have, or expect soon to complete, a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Economics.

Candidates are expected to show evidence of exceptional promise in research and teaching effectiveness. Applications should be received by 15 November 2014 to guarantee full consideration, but will be accepted until the position is filled. The appointment begins 1 August 2015.
