The School of Economics and Finance at Queen Mary, University of London invites applications for multiple positions in any field at the rank of Lecturer (Assistant Professor), Reader (Associate Professor) and Professor.

The School is highly regarded as one of the top economics and finance departments in the UK. It is conveniently located in Queen Mary’s main campus in the heart of London. The School has about 40 full time academic staff and 1200 students from all over the world, following a range of Bachelors, Masters and PhD programmes.

Candidates are expected to have a PhD in Economics, Finance or related fields at the time of appointment, and demonstrated ability and potential in research and teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The successful candidates are expected to start employment in fall 2015.

Salaries will be competitive and commensurate with level and experience. Benefits include 30 days annual leave and defined benefit pension scheme.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
