Applications are invited for a tenure track faculty appointment in economics at the assistant professor level, beginning in Fall 2015. The area of specialization should be Econometrics/Applied Econometrics. We will give preference to candidates just receiving their PhD or with fewer than three years experience beyond receipt of the doctorate. Candidates must have outstanding research potential and at least some teaching experience. An appointee will be expected to engage in high-quality research, be an effective classroom teacher at the undergraduate, masters, and PhD levels, and assist individual students in research projects, theses, and dissertations.

Applications should be submitted by November 30, 2014, to ensure full consideration for an interview at the January 2015 ASSA meetings. Applicants must send a current vita, copies of recent research papers, a statement of current research interests, material in support of teaching ability, and at least three reference letters. We will begin processing applications immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
