Don't miss the upcoming workshop: “Interactive Listening Skills.” The workshop, scheduled for tomorrow, February 15 from noon to 1:00 p.m. EST via Zoom, will be led by the AEA Ombuds Team at MWI.  This workshop will help members build awareness around their listening skills, provide an effective framework for interactive listening, and apply it in a low-risk learning environment.
