Skillful Collaboration
June 11, 2024 – Noon ET to 1:00 PM ET

Collaboration, whether on research, writing, presenting, and beyond, can be fraught with tension and conflict. Individuals bring their own styles, needs, and goals, which, if handled well, can lead to a better work product, but if mishandled, can have devastating results. This workshop will lay out some tools and strategies to use when collaborating with others to align expectations and use the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument to help you understand the best way to engage with others productively.
