The School of Business at Quinnipiac University invites dynamic, innovative, and student-focused educators to join our Finance Department as a tenure-track Associate Professor of Finance beginning in Fall 2027.

We seek a faculty member who can contribute not only through excellence in teaching and scholarship, but also through leadership in program development, faculty collaboration, industry engagement, and strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will help shape the future direction of finance education, contribute to strategic initiatives across the school, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the department's nationally recognized finance and financial technology programs.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a record of academic accomplishment and evidence of leadership potential in areas such as curriculum development, program administration, faculty governance, industry engagement, junior faculty mentoring, student mentoring, and strategic initiatives.

We seek candidates whose research and teaching interests contribute to the evolving intersection of Finance, Financial Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, FinTech, Healthcare Finance, Biotechnology, and Data-Driven Decision Making. We welcome candidates employing both traditional and emerging approaches to important questions in finance. Opportunities exist for interdisciplinary collaboration with faculty across the School of Business and the broader university.
