The Barry S. Miller College of Business at the University of Central Florida invites applications for the Miller Technology Endowed Chair in Intelligent Work Systems, a nine-month tenured Full Professor position beginning Fall 2027. We seek an accomplished scholar examining how AI, robotics, automation, and digital platforms are transforming organizational design, work, leadership, decision-making, and human-technology collaboration. The Chair will conduct high-impact research, build interdisciplinary collaborations, engage industry and government, and help shape UCF’s technology-focused initiatives, including the School of Technology Leadership and Innovation. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in a relevant field and a distinguished scholarly record.
