The NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service invites applications for two tenure-track faculty positions in urban planning, with appointment to begin September 1, 2027. At least one position will be at the assistant professor level, and one may be at the associate professor level. Successful candidates will teach in our urban planning program and demonstrate a research interest in cities, both globally and domestically. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with a final deadline of November 1, 2026.

5. Three Letters of recommendation will be requested for all candidates applying for an assistant professor position, and they must be submitted by the submission deadline. Letters of recommendation may be requested at a later stage for more senior candidates.
