The School of Management at Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia) invites applications for full-time, tenure-track faculty positions in Finance or Accounting. Appointments will be made at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor, with an expected start date of January or July 2027. The School is Colombia’s top-ranked, triple-crown-accredited management school and has a strong reputation across Latin America for excellence in research and teaching.

We are seeking scholars with expertise in Finance or Accounting who will contribute to the school’s continued excellence in research and teaching. Successful candidates will teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels and will be expected to contribute to service activities within the School.

Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field. We also welcome applications from advanced Ph.D. candidates who expect to complete their doctoral degree before the start date.
