The Department of Finance within the Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa invites applications for two or more Tenured/Tenure-Track Faculty Position(s) in Finance at open-rank, in all areas of finance, including real estate, household finance, and RMI, starting Fall 2027. Rank will be based on experience and record of achievement. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications. Position(s) are 100% time with benefits.
Education Requirement
An earned doctorate or strong evidence that the doctoral degree will be completed before August 18, 2027.
Required Qualifications
A demonstrated potential for publishing significant research in top-tier journals.
Evidence of successful teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level in finance.
Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated record of publishing/presenting at top journals/conferences in finance.
For tenured positions, demonstrated success in working with doctoral students.
For tenured positions, evidence of interdisciplinary research collaboration.
