Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in Economics

The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen

The School of Management and Economics at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, invites applications for full-time, tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor in Economics. Candidates in all fields of economics are welcome to apply.

Junior applicants should have, or expect to have by the time of appointment, a Ph.D. degree in Economics or a related field, and should demonstrate strong potential for excellence in teaching and research. Senior applicants should have a proven record of high-quality research and effective teaching.

The compensation package is competitive and commensurate with experience and academic accomplishments. Appointments will be made by CUHK-Shenzhen, and statutory benefits will be provided in accordance with the prevailing labor laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China. The positions are based in Shenzhen, China.

Application materials should include a full curriculum vitae, two to three recent publications or working papers, teaching-related materials such as course evaluations and teaching evaluation reports, a teaching statement, a research statement, and at least three references.
