Professor: Well-known scholars, academicians, and highly-cited scholars in his/her own areas, with extensive experience in teaching and research as well as the ability to lead the development of disciplines.

Associate Professor: Assistant professor or above in world-renowned universities, strong candidates of national young talent programs.

Assistant Professor: Talents show academic potential and are competitive in the application of national and provincial talent programs (applicants with postdoctoral research experience will be preferred).

Applicants should possess a solid theoretical foundation and professional expertise, with the ability to conduct high-quality research and teaching. A doctoral degree from a reputable university worldwide and at least two years of research and teaching experience are generally required.
