The Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track Assistant Teaching Professor of Economics, starting September 1, 2026.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who have demonstrated excellence in teaching. Evidence by peer and student evaluations; have experience and/or interest in teaching and curricular. Development in online or hybrid formats, and have corporate or consulting experience in the US organizations and an interest in building relationships with business partners and other external stakeholders.

As the department has a rich portfolio of programs, we seek candidates who can be effective in teaching across all programs -- both introductory and advanced courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and in multiple modalities (in-person, asynchronous, or synchronous online) based on departmental needs.
Teaching Faculty are responsible for teaching eight courses each year, advising students, and participating
in professional development.


The position is a two-year, ten-month, non-tenure track appointment, with eligibility for reappointment based
