The School of Economics at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China invites applications for a Research Fellow position in Econometrics with a substantial knowledge in Machine Learning and Data Science. The fellow will collaborate with researchers in the Center of Applied Economics Research to address contemporary economic issues. The successful candidate will have a PhD in Economics, Econometrics or Data Science with a strong quantitative focus, or a closely related field.
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a rigorous research program addressing substantive economic questions with modern tools, and to contribute actively to service. We are particularly interested in individuals who will enhance our department's intellectual vitality, collegiality, and diversity.
