Post-doctoral Scholar
The School of Economics at the Georgia Institute of Technology is seeking a postdoctoral scholar with a PhD in economics.

The scholar will work under the supervision of Dr. Shatakshee Dhongde on research projects related to AI,education, food insecurity, health, housing, poverty, and inequality. The scholar will serve an initial 12-month appointment with the possibility of a 12- month extension based on performance and available funding. Ph.D. must be in hand before beginning the appointment. The scholar should have legal permit to reside and work in the United States for the duration of the appointment. On site availability in Atlanta is preferred, though certain hybrid work schedules are negotiable.

The scholar will collaborate on research projects with the intention of completing two research papers during the year and help organize workshops and conferences.
