The Macalester College Department of Economics invites applications for two Post-Doc positions for the 2026-27 academic year. We seek candidates with strong commitment to high quality undergraduate teaching in any field of economics. Teaching expectations will include core introductory level courses with opportunities to teach topics courses in the economist’s areas of interest. The teaching load is four courses per year with a maximum of three course preparations. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position and candidates relying on an OPT Visa with a STEM extension are not eligible for hire.
