Florida Polytechnic University invites applications for multiple open-rank (Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor) faculty positions in Business Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering Management.

Applicants are expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching and excellence in instruction that supports the department's programs. Additionally, candidates should be prepared to cultivate an active research program through extramural funding, publication, and mentorship of both undergraduate and graduate students. A willingness to contribute to the department's broader educational mission is also essential. These positions will begin in August 2026.

Minimum Qualifications
Earned graduate degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering Management, Operations Management, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or a closely related field. Business degrees must have been earned from an AACSB-accredited institution.

Successful candidates must demonstrate evidence of teaching effectiveness, ability to conduct independent research, and ability to communicate and work effectively with a broad campus community.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in several of the following areas: Curriculum delivery and development, academic advising and mentoring, applied or interdisciplinary research in areas consistent with the University’s mission and a corresponding record of publication, successful completion of funded research projects, or relevant technical work in industry or consulting.
