The Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky invites applications for the Truist Endowed Chair in Business Analytics. The Chair will provide academic leadership in research, teaching, and outreach, while also serving as Director of the Business Analytics Center. The successful candidate will be appointed to a 9-month position with tenure at the rank of Full Professor (via expedited faculty review)

Responsibilities:
• Direct the Business Analytics Center shaping research directions and industry partnerships.
• Cultivate connections with businesses and community stakeholders.
• Maintain a nationally recognized research program in business analytics.
• Deliver innovative and effective instruction in business analytics.
• Serve as a resource for Ph.D. students and junior faculty.
• Contribute leadership and service to the college, university, and profession.

Qualifications:
• Ph.D. in an appropriate field with significant analytics content, such as economics, finance, management, marketing, supply chain, or statistics.
• Tenured with a scholarship record appropriate to AACSB Scholarly Academic status and an active research pipeline.
• Excellence in teaching and program development.
• Experience working effectively with students, faculty, staff, and stakeholders.
• Building relationships with and completion of industry-based projects.
• Experience directing research centers, programs, and external partnerships.
