The School of International Trade and Economics(SITE) http://site.uibe.edu.cn/ at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) invites applicants for a number of tenure-track faculty positions in the coming year. Ranks and fields for faculty positions are open in all fields of economics. Our preferred areas of specialization, however, but not limited to International Trade, Digital Economy, Industrial Economics, Digital Trade, International Finance, Fintech, Public Finance, Environmental Economics,Energy Economics, International Business, Supply Chain.

With 71 years of development and as the foundational school within UIBE, our mission is to provide quality higher education, cutting-edge research, and engagement in extensive international academic exchanges and cooperation. Having successfully recruited over 60 faculty members from overseas in the past twenty years, SITE continues to welcome applicants of all fields of economics to share in our further expansion.

Typical compensation packages include an internationally competitive salary, research funding, and housing allowances. For distinguished established professors, we offer highly competitive compensation relative to the market. Junior candidates are expected to have a Ph.D. degree by August 2025 and to display promising research capabilities. Senior candidates must have a Ph.D. degree and a strong research track record. Interviews will be conducted at the time advised.
