The School of Economics at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position. We seek emerging scholars with outstanding research potential and a commitment to high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Preferred specializations include:

Macroeconomics (theoretical and applied)
Microeconomics (e.g., applied micro, labor, health, industrial organization, financial economics)
Applied Econometrics (e.g., causal inference, machine learning, program evaluation, data science)

The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a rigorous research program addressing substantive economic questions with modern tools, and to contribute actively to service. We are particularly interested in individuals who will enhance our department's intellectual vitality, collegiality, and diversity.
