Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in sustainability, in any field related to business, including accounting, finance, management, marketing, operations, strategy, and economics. We seek to make an appointment at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Pending budget approval, the appointments would begin at the start of Fall 2026. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. from a business-related discipline or expect to defend their dissertation by August 2026. We are seeking candidates with high potential or demonstrated ability for distinguished research related to sustainable business in top-tier research outlets and teaching excellence.

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position is $146,000-$226,000, which represents the full range of anticipated compensation for this position. Compensation is determined by several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
