The University of Pittsburgh, Department of Economics, is searching for a faculty appointment effective Fall 2026, pending budgetary approval. We seek excellence in teaching and research. Salary, scholarly assistance, and benefits are competitive. Complementarities with the research of current faculty are essential.

Applicants should provide synergies to the rest of the department and have a track record of translating a dynamic research program into effective undergraduate and graduate teaching. PhD in economics required.
