The Faculty of Law at Western University invites applications for the Chair in Mining Law and Finance, an endowed position made possible through Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP.

We are seeking a strong researcher with a demonstrated or emerging international reputation who will help raise the profile of mining law and finance at Western and contribute to our broader strengths in business law. The term for the Chair is five years, renewable. Learn more at www.law.uwo.ca

Western University is also inviting applications for the DANCAP Private Equity Chair in Corporate Governance, a full-time endowed position jointly held between the DAN Department of Management and Organizational Studies and the Faculty of Law. This Chair is made possible through the support of the Dancap Private Equity Group.

For this position we are seeking a scholar with a strong research record and a demonstrated or emerging international reputation in corporate governance. The term for the Chair, divided equally between the DAN Department and the Faculty of Law. Learn more at www.dan.uwo.ca.
