Background:
In order to strengthen the research on Chinese economy and management and further build up its world-class faculty, Tsinghua SEM officially launched the "Chinese Economy and Management Young Scholars Program" with the support of Tsinghua University. The program will enroll postdoctoral researchers in the construction of scientific research team, strengthen their research and teaching abilities, and establish a human resource management system that prepares them for teaching in colleges and universities in the future. It is a combination of young talent training, future faculty reserve and post-doctoral training system. Candidates will be selected according to high-level academic standards. Selected young scholars will receive comprehensive support from the school in resources and career development opportunities as junior faculty members.

Qualifications:
A Ph.D. degree from high-level domestic or overseas universities or research institutions within the last three years.
A Ph.D. degree in economics, management, statistics, computer or data science is preferred, and candidates should have accumulated academic achievements with certain visibility in related fields. The selection will be conducted according to high-level academic standards. Proficiency in writing academic papers and policy reports in both Chinese and English, and strong academic and policy research potential are required.
Strong language and written skills are required.
