The Department of Economics at UNC Asheville, North Carolina’s public liberal arts university, invites applications for a Lecturer in Economics to begin in Fall 2025, 3 courses (a total of 12 contact hours) per semester. The course mix each year will be a function of department needs and may include Introductory Economic Analysis, courses required for the Economics major or Finance minor, and/or elective courses. Teaching assignments will be primarily face-to-face and may include some online instruction. Individuals with a passion for undergraduate teaching and interest in a career at an institution focused on the liberal arts are strongly encouraged to apply.
