The Agricultural Risk Policy Center at North Dakota State University invites applications for two career track Senior Research Economist positions at the rank of Research Assistant Professor. These positions offer an exciting opportunity to engage in research focused on developing predictive models to assess the impacts of agricultural risk management policy proposals. The successful candidates will contribute to empirical analyses of crop insurance participation and subsidy rates using farm-level RMA data and produce policy reports on agricultural risk. Candidates will also participate in establishing institutional partnerships for livestock and dairy insurance programs. These positions provide an excellent opportunity for recent Ph.D. graduates or early-career professionals to build a rewarding research career in agricultural economics and policy analysis. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in agricultural economics, economics, or a related field by the start date. Expertise in econometric modeling and policy evaluation is essential.
