The Division of Geriatric Medicine invites applications for a full-time, 12-month, faculty position at the Assistant Professor level to conduct research in health economics and health services research to improve the care of the aging population. The successful candidate will develop and lead an independent, externally-funded research agenda, collaborate with other members of the faculty and mentor trainees in quantitative research techniques. We are particularly interested in candidates with interests in Alzheimer’s Disease, end-of-life care, and Medicare policy & patient outcomes. Collaborations within the Division and across campus are encouraged.
Applicants must possess a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in health economics, health policy & management, health services research or a related field and have demonstrated research interests in improving the care of the geriatric population. Postdoc positions also available.
