The School of Economics at Sichuan University, founded by a long-term "National 985 Leading Disciplines Innovation Project" of the Ministry of Education, is now offering several positions at all levels in many fields, including Industrial Organization, Statistics, Corporate Finance, Microeconomics, Econometrics, International Trade, Urban economics, Public Economics, Development Economics and Economic History.

The position requires a doctor’s degree (or expected completion in 2025). All candidates who have a strong interest in research are particularly encouraged to apply. Teaching will be conducted in Chinese or English at the undergraduate, M.A. and Ph.D. levels.

Compensation package includes very competitive salary, research funds, housing allowances, plus standard fringe benefits. Appointees are expected to engage in active research and teaching. Candidates with great potential or well-established credentials will be considered.
