The Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics at the University of Georgia (Athens, GA, USA) is recruiting an open rank, tenure-track, 9-month appointment in any field related to agriculture, environment, resource, food, health, or development economics. The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in (Applied) Economics; evidence of or potential for outstanding research output; readiness to build an excellent graduate and undergraduate student teaching and mentoring portfolio; and willingness to secure significant external grant funding.

Rank of Associate Professor (Professor) requires at least 5 full years in rank at the Assistant Professor (Associate Professor) level. The position is 55% research, 40% teaching, and 5% service.
