The Institute for International Economic Studies, Stockholm University, seeks to recruit at the tenure-track, assistant-professor level, in any field starting in the academic year 2025/2026. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in economics (or be near completion of the doctorate) and excellence in research is a prerequisite. The position comes with a low teaching load (primarily at the Ph.D. level) and a competitive salary. Applicants should submit a CV, at least three letters of recommendation, and samples of research: a job-market paper and any publications. We will invite a limited number of candidates for job talks/campus visits in January or early February of 2025. These invitations will be based on a set of Zoom interviews, to be held during the European Job Market, December 16–19, 2024.
