Strategy & Transformation Director, Guidehouse Inc., Boston, MA. Build and lead a Strategy and Transformation team for sales and delivery of strategy consulting for clients in energy and infrastructure industry. Lead client engagements to define their long-term strategic priorities. Drive the development of novel business models, future operating models, and implementation roadmaps. Identify changes across energy landscape driven by digitalization, decarbonization and decentralization in the US and internationally and translate them into actionable strategies. Establish strategy approaches to gather and analyze information from clients on existing governance, processes, technology, people, and culture. Leverage project resources across multiple concurrent engagements. Lead project and budget management including resource deployment. Foster client relationships and drive business development activities across Energy, Sustainability and Infrastructure segment. Provide feedback, coach and train team members.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Sustainable Development, Environmental Management, Economics, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor, progressive, related work experience.

Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:
• Consulting in strategy transformation;
• Developing growth strategies for utilities or energy business models;
• Building repeatable financial models and organizational design toolkits;
• Defining target operating models and transformation programs for utilities and energy sector;
• Working with or for an investor-owned utility industry;
• Working in different US regulatory regimes for energy; and
• International energy experience outside of the US to translate to US client base.

Up to 80% domestic travel required.
