Background Information:

The School has established a research assistant professor track specifically for this young scholar program. Candidates will be selected according to the similar standard of Tenure-Track Assistant Professor. While being enrolled as post-doctoral researchers, selected young scholars will receive comparable comprehensive support from the School in terms of resources and career development opportunities.

Qualifications：

Applicants must hold a PhD degree conferred within three years
Good academic training and excellent communication skills, have the passion for teaching and outstanding academic potential;

Compensation and Benefits

1. Compensation: we provide competitive salary package; the School will assist in applying for the title of "Shui Mu Scholar" from the University.
