Position Overview: The Department of Economics at the University of Southern California is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Post-Doctoral Scholar to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of empirical industrial organization.

The successful candidate will participate in research and engage in the academic community of the economics department. This is a full-time position with a fixed-term appointment for two-years.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct independent research within empirical industrial organization.
Collaborate with faculty members on research projects.
Assist in teaching and mentoring graduate and undergraduate students.
Provide support for student research projects and theses.

Educational Background:

Ph.D. in Economics or a related field from a recognized institution.

Research Experience:

Demonstrated expertise in a specific area of economics.
Strong research track record, evidenced by publications or working papers.

The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000.
