The Department of Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation at Baylor University invites applications for the Maness Chair in Entrepreneurship at the Associate or Full Professor level. The successful candidate will begin employment in August 2024.

Candidates should possess an earned doctorate and significant research and teaching accomplishments in entrepreneurship, innovation, or a closely related field. A desire to work with Ph.D. students and teach at the doctoral level is a high priority.

Entrepreneurship has been a part of the Baylor undergraduate curriculum since 1977. Publications such as U.S. News and World Report and Princeton Review consistently recognize Baylor Entrepreneurship in their rankings of top programs. The Department of Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation is in the state-of-the-art Paul L. Foster Campus for Business and Innovation. The department provides a collegial work environment with supportive colleagues who are leaders in the field of entrepreneurship and innovation. Current faculty include Kendall Artz, Ray Bagby (Emeritus), Steve Bradley, Gabriella Cacciotti, John Chen, Peter Klein, Patsy Norman, Les Palich, David Scheaf, and Justin Yan.
