Full Text of JOE Listing:
The Department of Economics at Boston College is seeking candidates for two full-time non-tenure track positions in economics in any field beginning in Fall 2024. This is an exceptional position, with highly competitive salary, benefits, and teaching load. This is a renewable long-term position, beginning with a 3-year contract. Completed PhD and a record of exceptional undergraduate teaching are required.
Successful candidates will be expected to play a full role in the undergraduate program including active supervision of senior honors theses and undergraduate advisement, and will teach a large lecture of Principles or Statistics. Professors of the Practice also teach intermediate micro or macro theory, econometric methods, and electives in their fields of interest in our STEM-qualified undergraduate curriculum.
