The Department of Economics at Bryn Mawr College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position to begin August 1, 2024 in applied microeconomics with a primary field in environmental economics and/or industrial organization. The successful candidate will teach courses in their field(s) of specialization, a one-semester introductory course, and either econometrics or microeconomics. The successful candidate will also be expected to be part of developing and teaching a diverse and inclusive curriculum, including contributing to college-wide initiatives such as the 360 Program and the Emily Balch Seminars. Candidates should have teaching experience as well as evidence of research potential and must have completed all the requirements for a Ph.D. in economics by the start date.
